Staying Well While Looking for Work — JobOn at MaiDAM
Free English-language workshop with career coach Aneta Kantarowska on managing job-search pressure, handling rejection and building a sustainable routine. Registration required.
About this event
JobOn brings a practical workshop to MaiDAM Hub for people who want to keep making progress in their job search while protecting their energy and confidence. Career clarity coach Aneta Kantarowska, founder of Kanta Clarity Coaching, leads the two-hour English-language session, organized with event manager Kateryna Kanievska.
The workshop looks at why applications, networking, interviews and long waits for responses can become exhausting. Through short exercises, reflection and discussion, participants explore how to handle uncertainty and rejection, recognize where they are stuck and build a routine they can sustain. The aim is to leave with a personal plan and two or three concrete actions to try immediately.
Hosted at the Ukrainian community hub MaiDAM, the session welcomes jobseekers beyond the Ukrainian community as well. It offers a chance to meet others facing similar challenges and exchange experiences while working on your next steps.
Thursday 29 October 2026, 13:00–15:00, at MaiDAM Hub / WRKfor Office, Prins Hendrikkade 21e, 1012 TL Amsterdam, on the second floor of StartDock Coworking, about five minutes’ walk from Central Station. Admission is free and places are limited; register through the JobOn event page. Coffee and tea can be supported with an optional small donation. If you register and cannot attend, cancel through JobOn so the place can be released.
