About this event
Ukrainian House Rotterdam invites women to a meeting with Olena about the everyday emotions behind our changing moods. The conversation starts from familiar questions: why can we feel happy without an obvious reason, or become upset by something small, and how can we better understand what we are experiencing?
Together, participants will explore how to recognize emotions and their causes, notice influences on their mood, and understand the feelings and needs behind a reaction. The programme also looks at ways to support yourself in different life situations. It is an opportunity for reflection and conversation with other women in the community.
The meeting takes place on Wednesday 28 October 2026, 10:00–12:00, at Ukrainian House Rotterdam, Pleinweg 196A, 3083 EV Rotterdam. All times are local to the Netherlands. Registration is required through the WhatsApp group linked by the organizer; a participation fee is not stated.
