Ukrainian Women in Science & Innovation — MUDRA

MUDRA brings Ukrainian women working in pharmaceuticals, satellite intelligence and medical research together for a conversation about careers in science and innovation. The meeting is intended for women curious about other professional worlds as well as those already working in research. It explores turning points, practical impact and women’s leadership, including how these fields may change over the next decade.

Hanna Hanzha, a Senior Scientist at Johnson & Johnson with 13 years in pharmaceuticals, works on biotechnology developments for cancer therapies and vaccines. Solomiia Kurchaba brings experience in applied AI, machine learning and climate and satellite intelligence, using satellite data to identify air pollution sources. Liliana Petrychenko, a radiologist and doctoral researcher at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, discusses a path from clinical oncology imaging in Ukraine to MRI and medical imaging research.

Anastasiia Konstantynova moderates the 60–75-minute panel, followed by questions and answers. Her background spans public policy, project and grant management, with more than 15 years across consulting, industry and research. The overall event runs on Saturday 24 October 2026 from 10:30 to 14:00, Amsterdam local time, at Prins Hendrikkade 21e, 1012 TL Amsterdam.
