Zaans Cultuurhuis brings Zaanstad’s communities together for an afternoon of music, dance, art, workshops and international food. The Ukrainian Club is one of the cultural partners, alongside the Surinamese School, DIDF, Indian Light Festival and Indian Performing Arts.
Visitors can explore Ukrainian, Indian, Surinamese and Turkish traditions through performances, creative activities and food. The programme is intended for children, families and curious visitors of all ages. Ukrainian participation forms part of a wider multicultural festival, so the afternoon offers an opportunity to meet neighbouring communities as well as support the local Ukrainian club.
