Creative meeting with Mariia — Where I am is my home

Ukrainian House Rotterdam hosts a creative meeting with Mariia, whose artist handle is @moment_marigold, around the theme “Where I am is my home”. The session invites participants to slow down and consider the everyday objects and small details that make a place feel warm and familiar.

Women and girls aged 16 and above will paint an autumn still life inspired by flowers, vases, plants, candles and personal ideas of home. Previous painting experience is not required: Mariia guides the process step by step, and participants can take their painting home. The meeting also offers time for conversation and shared creative activity. The invitation is in Ukrainian, but it does not separately specify the spoken language or list the materials supplied.

Meet on Sunday 25 October 2026, 13:30–15:30, at Ukrainian House, Pleinweg 196A, 3083 EV Rotterdam. The organiser’s Eventbrite page offers free reservations. Reserve a place there and ask the organiser about materials or access needs before attending. No separate doors time is announced.
