MUDRA Book Club — The Anxious Generation

MUDRA’s autumn book-club meeting centres on Jonathan Haidt’s The Anxious Generation. The organiser proposes a discussion about the shift from outdoor childhood to screen-based life and how digital habits affect attention, everyday routines and relationships. These are themes for participants to examine together, rather than a clinical workshop or a promise of mental-health treatment.

The invitation welcomes mothers as well as people without children who want to reflect on living with constant digital noise. Leadership and team-development coach Liliia Malysh moderates the conversation. Participants are asked to read the book beforehand, although finishing it is not required. MUDRA describes the club as a space for thoughtful conversation, debate and shared exploration. The invitation is written in Ukrainian; a separate spoken-language specification is not provided.

Meet on Sunday 29 November 2026, 11:00–13:00, at A Beautiful Mess, Oosterdokskade 227, 1011 DL Amsterdam. Places are limited and registration is through the organiser’s Eventbrite page. The page displayed €17 with discounts applied when checked on 21 October; confirm the current ticket total and any fees before booking. The advertised refund policy allows requests up to seven days before the event. No separate doors time is listed.
