About this event
ORPHEUS brings Ukrainian a cappella singing to a Christmas concert in the Netherlands. Founded in Lviv in 2000, the ensemble consists of eight professionally trained singers whose performances combine ensemble harmonies with expressive solo passages.
Its wider repertoire spans Orthodox sacred music, Ukrainian folk and popular songs, Christmas music and international vocal classics. The singers have toured across Europe and appeared at venues including Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw and Rotterdam’s De Doelen. This seasonal programme offers a chance to hear that vocal tradition in an intimate setting. The venue has not published a complete list of works, so individual songs are not guaranteed.
23 December 2026. The official Het Punt booking page confirms 20:00–22:00 and tickets at €22.50. The concert takes place in the Catholic church in Geerdijk, not Het Punt’s main theatre.
