NCC-NL — Cybersecurity lessons from Ukraine
Ukrainian cybersecurity specialists share practical experience with professional peers through a keynote and two workshop rounds in The Hague. English-language event; advance registration required.
About this event
NCC-NL brings Ukrainian and Dutch cybersecurity professionals together in The Hague on Tuesday 10 November 2026. Ukrainian specialists will share experience of responding to cyberattacks under wartime pressure, with an emphasis on practical lessons for organisations in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe.
The event is intended for incident responders, SOC and CERT analysts, threat intelligence specialists and digital forensics practitioners. Participants from public and private organisations, academia, research institutions and critical infrastructure are welcome. The working language is English.
Four workshop topics are announced: a practical digital forensics and incident response exercise; using infostealer logs to detect compromised access; reconstructing a real cyber incident in Ukraine; and security testing of AI systems. The afternoon has two workshop rounds, rather than four consecutive sessions.
Lunch runs from 12:30 to 13:00, followed by the opening and a keynote until 13:30. Workshop rounds take place at 13:45–15:00 and 15:15–16:30. Closing remarks are followed by a reception with drinks and food from 16:40 to 18:00. The registration form confirms CET, the local Netherlands time on this date.
The exact venue in The Hague is shared after registration. Places are limited and allocated in order of registration. The public announcement does not specify an attendance fee. Register with NCC-NL, consult the original programme, or send questions to ncc-nl@rvo.nl.
