SVITLO — Meeting emotions through the body

SVITLO’s “Meeting emotions through the body” is a free group workshop for exploring emotional experience through breathing, body-focused exercises and meditation. The invitation presents self-regulation and conscious relaxation as themes for practice, with room for participants to notice physical tension and reflect on their emotional states. The event is described as a supportive activity, without promising a particular therapeutic outcome.

Kseniia, introduced by the organiser as a body-oriented therapist within the SVITLO project, leads the session. The programme includes practical exercises, relaxation, tea and an optional exchange of experiences. It belongs to SVITLO’s programme of psychological support for Ukrainians. The invitation is written in Ukrainian, although the spoken language, age policy and equipment requirements are not separately specified.

The workshop is on Sunday 25 October 2026, 13:30–16:30, at Balanzs & Pilatezs on Kleiweg in Rotterdam. The event’s structured location and the studio’s own website give Kleiweg 16, 3051 GR Rotterdam; the narrative invitation contains number 14. Use the studio’s verified address and confirm the entrance through the organiser if needed. Participation is free and Eventbrite offers reservations. No separate doors time is announced.
