Overview

Dutch volunteer foundation sending regular humanitarian aid transports (food, medicine, equipment) to Ukraine.

Details

Stichting Ukraine Holland is a Dutch non-profit foundation (ANBI) that provides emergency relief to the people of Ukraine. The foundation has organised humanitarian goods transports to Ukraine since well before the full-scale war, and has intensified this work since 2022. Each year it now sends around 30 to 35 trailers of aid, carrying essentials such as non-perishable food, medicines and medical supplies, hospital beds, mattresses, clothing and power generators. Goods are delivered through a network of certified local institutions (such as Caritas Spes) and distributed to the poorer population, children's homes and care homes. The foundation is run entirely by volunteers and has no profit motive. Note: Stichting Ukraine Holland is a Dutch-led initiative supporting Ukraine, rather than a Ukrainian-owned organisation.
